Q. What do your heroes do during the event? A. They can do whatever you want them to do. If you want them to pass out the presents, sing happy birthday, dance they will do it. |

Q. Are the heroes coming soon available when I request them? A. If they are available by the time of your event we will let you know before the event. If they are coming soon please let us know that you would like that hero but have a backup hero if we cannot get the character in the time for the event. We cannot guaranty any coming soon heroes will be available at the time of your event. |

Q. Can I take photos of the heroes posing free of charge, the reason I’m asking is because I saw you offer a photography service? A. Yes you can. We only offer a photography service as an option so you don’t have to spend all that time taking photos and not enjoying the event. |

Q. Will the green screen be there if we don’t want photography services? A. No. |

Q. Do you do party planning? A. No, but we do have phone numbers to party planners who will help you with your event. Let us know if you need one and we will gladly give you one of their phone numbers. |
